Responsibilities:

1. Inspect and validate listings by visiting host properties to ensure accuracy and quality of information provided to users.
2. Serve as the local Couchfindr point of contact for hosts and guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance as needed.
3. Collaborate with the Couchfindr team to maintain updated knowledge of local attractions, events, and amenities to provide recommendations to guests.
4. When requested, conduct regular market research to identify new potential host properties and negotiate agreements for listing on the Couchfindr platform.
5. When requested, coordinate with cleaning and maintenance services to ensure host properties are well-maintained and meet company standards.
6. Assist in the onboarding process for new hosts, providing guidance on listing creation, pricing strategies, and best practices for maximizing bookings.
7. Monitor guest feedback and ratings to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
8. Handle any emergencies or issues that arise during guest stays, acting as a liaison between hosts and guests to resolve conflicts and ensure a positive experience.
9. Maintain accurate records of property inspections, guest interactions, and any relevant communications for documentation and analysis purposes.
10. Stay informed about Couchfindr regulations and compliance requirements related to short-term rentals, including but not limited to local ordinances, platform policies, and community guidelines, and assist hosts in adhering to these guidelines.
